In the last few hours it has been announced that more than 30 thousand residents of Southern California have been evacuated due to the raging fires in the area. Among them are dozens of celebrities, such as Ben Affleck, who has been evacuated from his residence in Pacific Palisades, one of the most affected areas. According to TMZ and the New York Post, the Batman actor has joined the celebrities who have had to leave their homes.
According to the previously mentioned sites, Affleck, 52, left his home last Tuesday, January 7, in Pacific Palisades and went to the house of his ex-wife, actress Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares three children.
Apparently Garner has not yet been forced to leave her home in Brentwood, although it is known that residents of that area are attentive to the instructions of the authorities.
TMZ highlights that it is unknown if Affleck went to his ex’s house just to check that everyone was okay or if it was because he needed shelter. Before heading to the residence of the mother of his children, the artist was photographed driving his vehicle to his residence, which he bought after his separation from Jennifer Lopez.
Despite the poor air quality due to the fires, Ben had the window open. He was seen wearing a blue suit and an unbuttoned white shirt.
This is Ben Affleck’s house in Pacific Palisades
Amid reports of a crisis with JLo, last year, it was revealed that Ben Affleck bought a residence in Pacific Palisades for 20.5 million dollars.
The house in question is located on the border of Brentwood and Pacific Palisades, two exclusive neighborhoods in Los Angeles, and has a total area of 6,247 square feet. According to Architectural Digest, it is a French country-style mansion, originally designed by Cliff May and built in 1941, and renovated by architect Steve Gianetti.
It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, breakfast areas, a dining room and a media room. It also has equestrian facilities, a poolside cabana with a fireplace and a two-level guest house.
